Paul Anderson Chief Executive Officer of Genesus Southeast Asia Inc. is thrilled to announce that Hou Yingying known as Yolanda Hou is officially joining Genesus Southeast Asia Inc. as Strategic Business Assistant to the CEO, effective from July 1st, 2024.

Yolanda graduated from Shandong university with a master’s degree in law, Yolanda Hou firstly joined in JSR Farming Group based in the UK in 2011 to start her career in the swine genetics industry. After 4 years’ service as international key account manager (China) at JSR reporting to the International Sales Director,

Yolanda Hou then joined Genesus Inc. of Canada in 2015 providing full support in sales and marketing as a key member of Genesus team to develop business and look after clients and partners of Genesus Inc in China.

More than 13 years working in multinational corporations within swine genetics industry and international trade business has equipped Yolanda Hou with cross-cultural agility and fluency, excellent interpersonal skills and a good command of analytical and strategic thinking, which will be a good wealth for the future development of Genesus Southeast Asia.

Genesus Southeast Asia Inc. a registered company in the Philippines lead by Paul Anderson who has 47 year’s experience in the swine industry including the last 36 years selling swine genetics Internationally, is the exclusive supplier of the Genesus swine genetic product portfolio exported from North America into Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines in association with Genesus Philippines who supply the locally produced swine genetics, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei, East Timor, Hong Kong and Japan.

Yolanda will be the key connection between Genesus Southeast Asia Inc. and Wellhope of China for the sales growth of the Wellhope product range.

Wellhope founded by Chairman Jin Weidong together with other 6 founders in 1995, Wellhope originally initiated from animal feed business and raw material trade, now it has stepped into broiler integration and swine raising businesses, also involved in meat processing, pet clinic, smart farming equipment manufacturing, feed additives, etc. Wellhope's products are marketed in 32 provinces across China and sold to 22 countries.  

Wellhope produces 8 million tons of feed, 1.36 million heads of slaughter pigs and 724 million slaughter broilers per annum.

Yolanda 毕业于山东大学，获得法律硕士学位。2011 年，她首先加入了总部位于英国的 JSR 农业集团，开始了她在猪遗传育种行业的职业生涯。在担任 JSR 国际大客户经理（向国际销 售总监汇报）4 年后，Yolanda Hou 于 2015 年加入总部位于加拿大的加裕公司，作为加裕团 队的关键成员，为销售和市场营销提供全力支持，协助发展中国业务并照料加裕公司在中国的客户和合作伙伴。 

在猪遗传育种行业和国际贸易业务的跨国公司的 13 年工作经历使 Yolanda Hou 具备了跨文化 的灵活性和流利性、出色的人际交往能力以及良好的分析和战略思维能力，这将是 Genesus 东南亚公司未来发展的良好财富。
